Add the sugar and mix well.

Cook for another minute or two.

Then spoon the mixture into the fridge, where it will set up in the refrigerator for a few hours.

To use the duck as a baby face, put it into the refrigerator overnight and then bake for 20 minutes at 180F/300C/gas marks 4-5.

For the fat cheeks, put the duck into the oven for 30 minutes.

Remove it from the oven and place in a dish, covered with a towel or clean kitchen towel.

Repeat with the rest of the ingredients.

To serve, serve the fat babies on a platter with the duck on top.
